Fleet analysis
More efficiency, lower costs
What we pay particular attention to:
- Fleet and vehicle costs
- Fuel consumption
- Mileage
- Driver histories
- Accident analyses
- Utilization of fleet and drivers
- Cost and benefit check
- Identification of resources and reserves
What we derive from this for you:
- How can costs and capacities be reduced or avoided?
- Where can the ease of use for your employees be improved?
- How can tours be better planned and capacity utilization optimized?
- How can fleet management become more efficient?
On request, we can prepare the analysis at regular intervals so that your fleet is always optimally positioned, especially in times of changing requirements.
Our analysis steps in detail:
Process analysis
To begin with, we take a look at the structure of your fleet, the distribution of locations, the employees’ areas of activity and the internal and external interfaces.
Structural analysis
The structure of the vehicle fleet and vehicle use are documented as part of the structural analysis. How many and which users are there and how often do they use the vehicles on average? Is there efficient route planning? What additional synergies can be exploited here?
Deployability of the vehicle fleet
The usability of the vehicle fleet is also an important aspect. How high is the current utilization of your vehicle fleet? What fuels do the vehicles run on? Where and for what purposes are the vehicles used and are there any vehicles with particularly high utilization rates? How old and prone to repair are your vehicles?
Service analysis
A vehicle fleet requires regular maintenance. Additional services are required during operation. We take a close look: Are the vehicles available as company-owned, leased or rented vehicles? Do workshop service contracts exist? How quickly and cost-effectively is this work carried out? And how are refueling and vehicle cleaning services billed?
Insurance analysis
As part of the insurance analysis, we check how high the insurance and cover premiums of the vehicles are. What damage is covered in the event of a comprehensive claim and how high is the excess?
Integration of electric cars into the vehicle fleet
Electric vehicle fleets are one of MHC Mobility’s special areas of expertise. When analyzing the vehicle fleet, the use of alternative drive types is always examined and, in this context, how the charging infrastructure on the company premises could be designed. We provide you with a large selection of models from different vehicle classes. We also support you in all technical matters. From initial advice on funding programs and vehicle selection through to setting up a functioning charging infrastructure.
Results, advice and suggestions for optimization
As a result of the fleet analysis, we show you specifically where there is potential for optimization and present you with suitable solutions to consistently exploit this potential.
We work it out for you:
- Sound plans to improve fleet management.
- Processes that take your company guidelines into account to improve fleet utilization, reduce process costs and relieve the burden on fleet management and administration.
- Recommendations for optimizing your processes with the aim of increasing process reliability and reducing costs.
- Regular profitability analyses in order to localize and implement optimization potential.
