Personal contact person – Service and claims handling from a single source
Each Mercedes car subscription is assigned a personal contact person who can be reached by phone and e-mail. Repairs, maintenance and inspections are carried out by the MHC Mobility service team (04286 7703-466). In the event of an accident or damage, the 24-hour claims hotline is available (04286 7703-444) so that processing can start immediately, regardless of the time of day.

With models such as the all-electric Mercedes-Benz EQB 300 4Matic, the Mercedes-Benz CLA in the electric version or the Mercedes E-Sprinter as a commercial vehicle, the switch to electromobility can be implemented gradually and without tying up capital. Pure electric vehicles are exempt from motor vehicle tax until December 31, 2030 and benefit from the 0.25 percent rule for private company car use, provided the gross list price does not exceed €100,000.

Tax advantages with the Mercedes car subscription
The monthly installment of a Mercedes car subscription is generally treated as a commercial operating expense and reduces the taxable profit. In the case of private use of a Mercedes company car, the usual rules on non-cash benefits apply.
Pure electric vehicles such as the Mercedes-Benz EQB or the electric CLA are only taxed at 0.25 percent of the gross list price per month as a non-cash benefit when used privately as a company car. The prerequisite is that the gross list price does not exceed 100,000 euros. This limit was raised from the previous EUR 70,000 to EUR 100,000 as of July 1, 2025 (Section 6 (1) no. 4 EStG). If the gross list price exceeds 100,000 euros, the 0.5 percent rule applies.
For combustion models, the 1 percent rule continues to apply for private company car use. In addition, purely electric vehicles are exempt from vehicle tax until December 31, 2030. The individual tax classification should be agreed with the tax consultant.
