1. rental
Yes, our vehicle pool offers a wide range of equipment combinations and industry-specific vehicle conversions – for example load securing, shelf installations, special lettering, etc. Together we will find the best individual solution for you.
To be able to use your desired vehicle from us, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
Only a few days. We have models from various vehicle classes ready for you within five working days. Our FlexiRent model is the short, unbureaucratic way to your long-term rental car – from a rental period of just one month. Delivery is also possible.
Yes, as part of our SelectRent model, you will receive the ideal vehicle according to your specifications. Special installations, conversions and individual lettering are also possible if required.
We will be happy to deliver your rental car to your desired address. From a rental period of 6 months, the costs for delivery and collection are 129 euros each. For a rental period of less than 6 months, the costs for delivery and collection are 199 euros each. You are also welcome to collect your vehicle in person from one of our MHC Mobility Centers free of charge.
No, we only rent to commercial customers, including corporate customers, self-employed entrepreneurs and freelancers.
2. contractual conditions
With our FlexiRent model, you can use your long-term rental car for as little as one month – and for as long as you want! If you want to continue using your vehicle beyond the agreed minimum term, the contract can be continued unchanged. You can choose from different vehicle classes to suit your needs.
As a rule, our scope of rental already covers all relevant ongoing vehicle costs. In addition to the rental rate and an excess in the event of damage, you only pay for your individual fuel consumption. This gives you full cost control. We take care of all service-relevant components for you, including the costs – such as fully comprehensive insurance, maintenance and wear and tear work or tire changes.
With our SelectRent model, you define the service modules you use yourself to customize your monthly rate.
If you decide to have your vehicle delivered or collected, there is a one-off additional charge of 129 euros (for rentals of 6 months or more) or 199 euros (for rentals of less than 6 months).
No, with regard to possible subsequent use, smoking is generally prohibited in vehicles rented from us.
Yes, your flexibility is important to us. If you find that you drive more or fewer kilometers per month than agreed at the time of rental, we will be happy to adjust the contractually agreed mileage.
We will be happy to adapt your contract to your personal mobility needs. You are welcome to use your MHC Mobility rental car beyond the initially agreed contract term. In this case, your contract can be continued unchanged even without notifying us.
Yes, the monthly rental rate at MHC Mobility already includes insurance. As part of the “all-round carefree package”, motor vehicle liability insurance as well as fully and partially comprehensive insurance are included in the price. In addition, MHC Mobility covers the costs of maintenance, repairs, breakdown assistance, taxes and registration, so you don’t have to worry about anything else. Please note that an excess is payable in the event of a claim. This amounts to a maximum of 950 euros for fully comprehensive and also 950 euros for partially comprehensive damage.
3. vehicle maintenance and MOT
Maintenance and wear work up to an invoice amount of 500 euros can be carried out immediately and without approval. You can then send the invoice to e-rechnung@mhcmobility.de.
Before every workshop visit with a cost calculation of more than 500 euros, as well as for accident damage, tire damage, replacement workshop cars and comparable repair services, you need a cost approval from MHC Mobility. For upcoming inspections of your long-term rental vehicle, it is best to visit one of our MHC Mobility Centers in your area. We also work with various workshops that will inspect your vehicle according to the manufacturer’s specifications. Please always consult our technical/service department prior to an inspection. Alternatively, various other test centers can also be used (Dekra, GTÜ, KÜS, TÜV).
4. travel abroad
Your safety is our top priority, even abroad. Before you take your MHC Mobility rental car abroad for business or pleasure, you should insure yourself with our cover letter. This enables you and your vehicle to travel abroad in Europe and in non-European territories belonging to the EU. You pay €7.50 per month for this service – including breakdown assistance, replacement vehicle, overnight accommodation costs and many other benefits.
5. handover status, accidents and administrative offenses
An immaculate vehicle is just as important to us as it is to you. We guarantee that you will receive your desired vehicle for long-term rental in optimal condition. That’s why we check our cars thoroughly before and after every rental. We draw up and sign a handover report in your presence to rule out and document any previous damage.
The renter of the vehicle is liable to the responsible authorities for administrative offenses or traffic violations. We must also charge the renter the costs and processing fees incurred for the increased administrative work we incur.
To enable us to provide you with the best possible assistance in the event of a claim, it is essential that you report the damage immediately with all the relevant information. You can easily report the damage online or in person by phone – at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! No matter how you report your claim to us: Our contact persons will immediately initiate all the necessary steps and advise you on all questions.
Our breakdown service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year via the emergency hotline. To enable our service staff to process your request quickly, please have information about the vehicle type, your location and the police registration number ready.
The assumption of costs depends on the individual case. As a rule, the assumption of costs is clarified on site via the hotline and then settled via the insurance company.
You report the vehicle as stolen to the police and immediately contact our 24-hour service hotline 04286 7703 444
Please contact the police and ask where the vehicle is parked. You can then collect the vehicle there and release it. If the vehicle is towed away due to an administrative offense, you must bear the towing costs.
6. electromobility
Yes, sustainable mobility is important to us. Electromobility is clearly part of this for us. We already offer various electrically powered cars and commercial vehicles and will gradually expand our fleet in this area.
Yes, advice is a top priority at MHC Mobility – no matter what type of drive you are interested in.
