After working in credit management and sales controlling, Finn took over the newly created Corporate Controlling department in November 2023 – with the clear aim of fundamentally redesigning this area. “I’m completely rebuilding it,” he explains. “We are using modern software and innovative approaches to bring data to life and make it accessible – for management and all departments.” It’s about much more than just tables: Finn provides reliable forecasts, supports strategic corporate planning and creates transparency for well-founded decisions.

Cross-divisional projects in which he analyzes and optimizes processes and closely integrates controlling with other areas of the company are also an important part of his work.

Team player with an instinct for numbers

He particularly appreciates working with colleagues from a wide range of departments: “It brings variety and makes the work really exciting.” A real highlight: handing over the first fully self-developed, interactive reporting system to management. “The feedback was: ‘This really helps us move forward. This is exactly what makes the effort worthwhile.”

More than numbers: Finn private

Even during his training, Finn went the extra mile – with an additional qualification as a European businessman and a stay of several weeks at the MHC site in Austria. He also likes to step on the gas in his private life: whether on his motorcycle, out in nature with his family or volunteering with the fire department. “This is the perfect balance for me – and a real matter of the heart.” His dream car? The Porsche Taycan – Electric, powerful and forward-looking. Just like his job.
