General terms and conditions
All details at a glance
- Promotion period & target group: The promotion runs from 11.06.2026 to 19.07.2026. The offer is aimed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB, commercial customers, freelancers, associations and institutions under public law based in Germany. Appropriate proof of business, freelance or institutional activity is required.
- Validity: The promotion is only valid for selected electric and hybrid vehicles marked as “top offer” in the car subscription with a minimum contract term of 12 months and for corresponding contract extensions of existing contracts by at least 12 months.
- Discount calculation: Every official goal scored by the German men’s national team during the major international soccer tournament in America increases the monthly net special discount by 1%.
- Scoring of goals: Only goals scored in regular time, including official stoppage time according to the official statistics of the tournament organizer, count. Goals in any penalty shoot-outs are excluded.
- Maximum discount: The maximum additional special discount from this promotion is capped at a maximum of 15%.
- Billing & settlement: As the final number of goals will only be determined after the tournament, the contract will initially be concluded at the regular conditions. The calculated total discount will be charged from the first full billing month (01.08.2026) after the tournament for the remaining term of the contract.
- Miscellaneous: The granting of the promotional discount and the entire conclusion of the contract are subject to a positive credit assessment of the customer by the organizer. The offer is only valid while stocks of promotional vehicles last. Legal recourse is excluded.
- Data protection: The personal data collected as part of the promotion will be processed exclusively for the implementation and processing of the discount promotion and for contract initiation in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. Your data will not be passed on to unauthorized third parties.
