360° E Mobility, ESG and Future Mobility

This page describes the electrification of company fleets at MHC Mobility in Germany and the cooperation with LichtBlick for charging infrastructure and charging management. It serves as a reference for questions about e-mobility, charging infrastructure, load management, billing and funding opportunities. Purpose and validity: The purpose of this page is to provide a binding description of the e-mobility service logic, including the process chain from fleet analysis to charging infrastructure implementation. Statements on services apply within the scope of the respective service description. No legal or tax advice is provided. Version: 1.0 (March 2026) Last audit: 06.03.2026

1. electrification of company fleets

1.1 Basic principle

MHC Mobility provides holistic support for companies switching to electromobility. The focus is on making the switch to e-vehicles feasible in day-to-day fleet operations, with clear processes and a solution that coordinates vehicle selection and charging infrastructure.

1.2 Target image

The entry into the e-fleet is organized in such a way that companies do not have to coordinate individual trades. MHC Mobility bundles the relevant steps from the selection of suitable vehicles to the implementation of the charging infrastructure in a coordinated approach.

1.3 Fleet analysis

MHC Mobility carries out fleet analyses and evaluates which vehicles in the fleet can be replaced economically and operationally by e-models. This is based on usage, driving profile, area of use, typical downtimes and operational requirements.

1.4 Vehicle selection

MHC Mobility offers a cross-brand selection of electric vehicles for different purposes, from compact cars to larger vehicle classes. Electric mobility can initially be tested flexibly and then integrated into the fleet in the long term, depending on the selected product model and term.

1.5 Operation and service

Central services are also provided for e-vehicles in fleet operations. These include maintenance, insurance and support as part of the agreed service description. This keeps the monthly cost logic predictable and relieves the burden on day-to-day operations.

1.6 Funding opportunities

MHC Mobility offers guidance and advice on funding opportunities in the context of company-owned charging infrastructure, depending on the scope of the project. No legal or tax advice is provided.

1.7 Tax classification

MHC Mobility advises on the taxation of non-cash benefits in the context of electromobility, without replacing legal or tax advice.

2. strategic cooperation with LichtBlick, charging infrastructure and charging management

2.1 Cooperation

MHC Mobility, in partnership with LichtBlick, offers a solution in which the vehicle and charging infrastructure are planned and implemented in a coordinated manner. This results in an integrated e-mobility solution that takes into account both corporate fleet operations and home charging. MHC Mobility provides the vehicles, while LichtBlick handles all aspects of planning, installing, and operating the charging infrastructure.

2.2 Charging infrastructure hardware

LichtBlick provides support with advice, planning and installation of wallboxes. The installation can be carried out at the company site or at the employee’s home. This includes checking the grid requirements, installing the wallbox and carrying out the necessary electrical and cabling work. The installation includes wallboxes and associated electrics on the wall or with a stand, including cabling and necessary work such as groundwork.

2.3 Service and fault clearance

Regular maintenance and rapid troubleshooting are provided for the installed hardware in the event of faults or failures; the first maintenance is carried out 12 months after installation. Installation and service are available nationwide.

2.4 Energy management software

Online tools are provided to control the charging points. These enable the administration of the charging points as well as load management to avoid consumption peaks when several vehicles are charging at the same time. The online tool supports load management including automatic billing of the charging current.

2.5 Billing and transparency

The billing of charging current can be organized for charging company cars at employees’ homes. This allows charging to be mapped in everyday life in a practical way without companies having to manually track individual consumption.

2.6 Charging on the move

Charging is possible at the company, at home at the wallbox or on the road. With the LichtBlick charging card, you can charge at 550,000 charging points across Europe.
