Account Manager – B2B Mobility Solutions (m/f/d)

We are looking for an Account Manager (m/f/d) to join our sales team as soon as possible, who is passionate about looking after our existing customers, recognizing potential and taking our customer relationships to the next level.

You count on every route.

This position is based at our company headquarters in Gyhum/ Bockel and is full-time (40 hours) and permanent.

 

These tasks await you:

  • You are responsible for a portfolio of business customers with fleets of up to
    to approx. 30 vehicles – from regular check-ins to strategic advice
  • You recognize upselling and cross-selling potential and actively develop existing
    customer relationships
  • You create individual offers, accompany contract negotiations and ensure
    smooth processing with scheduling, service and our Mobility Centers
  • You build long-term, trusting customer relationships and ensure
    above-average customer satisfaction
  • You maintain all customer-relevant data in the CRM system and provide input for the
    further development of our sales strategy

That’s what we’re going for:

  • A completed business apprenticeship or degree—ideally with
    a focus on business administration, sales, or mobility
  • Experience in sales or account management—ideally in the mobility,
    fleet management, or the automotive industry; sales experience from other industries is also
    welcome
  • A keen sense of customer needs and the ability to develop tailored solutions
    to develop
  • An independent, structured approach to work combined with strong negotiation skills and
    strong closing skills
  • Excellent written and spoken German, as well as proficiency in
    CRM systems and standard Office applications
