Customer Success Officer (m/f/d)

As a Customer Success Officer, you are the central point of contact for our business customers and support them throughout the entire customer lifecycle. You ensure that our customers are satisfied. With proactive support, finding solutions quickly and a deep understanding of their mobility needs.

This position is based at our company headquarters in Gyhum/ Bockel and is full-time (40 hours) and permanent.

 

These tasks await you:

  • As a Customer Success Officer, you support and advise our business customers along the entire customer lifecycle – from onboarding and ongoing support to contract renewal
  • You create new customer profiles in our CRM system, maintain existing data and ensure that all customer-relevant information is up-to-date and available at all times
  • You ensure above-average customer satisfaction through proactive communication, regular check-ins and fast, solution-oriented processing of customer concerns
  • You coordinate vehicle handovers and returns in close cooperation with sales, scheduling and the service teams in our Mobility Centers
  • You actively work on optimizing our customer journey and internal processes and contribute your own ideas to improve service quality

That’s what we’re going for:

  • Completed commercial training or a degree, ideally with a focus on customer management, business administration or mobility
  • Initial experience in customer success, customer care or customer service – ideally in the mobility, automotive or logistics sector
  • Strong customer orientation, strong communication skills and the ability to act quickly and in a solution-oriented manner, even with complex issues
  • Organizational skills and an independent, structured way of working with an eye for detail
  • Very good written and spoken German and confident handling of CRM systems and common Office applications
