Shape mobility – with MHC Mobility
This position is based at our company headquarters in Gyhum/ Bockel and is full-time (40 hours) and permanent.
These tasks await you:
- You support and advise our business customers along the entire customer lifecycle.
- You create and maintain new customer profiles in our CRM management system.
- You ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and finding solutions quickly.
- You coordinate vehicle handovers and returns and work closely with sales, scheduling and service.
- You work on optimizing our customer journey and internal processes

That’s what we’re going for:
- You have completed commercial training or a degree, ideally with a focus on customer management or mobility.
- You have initial experience in customer success or customer service, ideally in the mobility, automotive or logistics sector.
- You have a strong customer focus, strong communication skills and solution-oriented thinking.
- You have organizational skills and an independent way of working.
- You have a very good command of German.
