Delivery Check & Fleet Coordination Associate (m/f/d)

Your job is to ensure that every vehicle is thoroughly inspected and ready to go before it is handed over to our customers. You’ll keep track of our fleet, coordinate appointments, and use your organizational skills to ensure everything runs smoothly—from the pre-delivery inspection to registration.

You count on every route.

This position is based at our headquarters in Gyhum/Bockel and is a full-time (40 hours per week) permanent position.

These tasks await you:

  • Conducting delivery and quality inspections on new and used vehicles—checking for completeness, cleanliness, and technical functionality
  • Documentation of vehicle conditions and identified defects prior to delivery to the customer
  • Assistance with the organization and coordination of our vehicle fleet, including monitoring deadlines
  • Preparing and managing vehicle-related documentation, as well as handling administrative procedures (registering and deregistering vehicles with registration offices)
  • Close coordination with internal and external contacts to ensure that daily operations run smoothly

We offer you:

  • a 13th month’s salary in the form of a target agreement and an allowance for capital-forming benefits or pension provision
  • High-quality work clothes will, of course, be provided to you.
  • 30 days of vacation plus special leave for special occasions
  • A secure job as part of the Mitsubishi HC Capital family, with over 60 years of experience in the mobility industry
  • Additional benefits such as bike leasing through JobRad, corporate benefits, team events, and much more.

Dhat we are going for:

  • Completed vocational training, preferably in the business or automotive field
  • An interest in vehicles and, ideally, some initial experience in the automotive industry—or the motivation to learn the ropes
  • An independent, reliable, and structured approach to work, combined with strong organizational skills
  • Class B driver’s license
  • Team spirit, a sense of responsibility, and strong written and spoken German skills
