Head of Technical Customer Service & Service Processes – Long-Term Car Rental (m/f/d)

This position is based at our company headquarters in Gyhum/ Bockel and is full-time (40 hours) and permanent.

 

These tasks await you:

  • You lead the “Technology and Service” team and ensure that all team members are motivated and equipped with the right resources to fulfill their tasks in the best possible way.
  • You manage the long-term, strategic orientation of your team and are responsible for the continuous optimization of our service processes.
  • You develop efficient processes to increase productivity and implement innovative technologies to relieve the team of administrative tasks.
  • You will support the team in operational tasks and ensure the high quality and customer satisfaction that characterize our company.
  • You maintain and develop cooperation with external service providers and service partners to ensure optimum service quality and fast problem solving for our customers.

  • You have extensive experience in the automotive industry, specifically in fleet management, technical customer service and partner management.
  • You have experience in optimizing workflows and have already successfully completed your first digitalization projects.
  • You live New Leadership and are an inspiring leader who thinks strategically as well as taking operational action to ensure a balance between long-term planning and day-to-day team tasks.
  • You have excellent communication skills, both in German and English, and are confident in dealing with external stakeholders to ensure smooth processes and high service quality.
  • You use number and fact-based analysis to make informed decisions that drive your team’s success and advance the company’s goals.
