This position is based at our company headquarters in Gyhum/ Bockel and is full-time (40 hours) and permanent.
These tasks await you:
- You lead the “Technology and Service” team and ensure that all team members are motivated and equipped with the right resources to fulfill their tasks in the best possible way.
- You manage the long-term, strategic orientation of your team and are responsible for the continuous optimization of our service processes.
- You develop efficient processes to increase productivity and implement innovative technologies to relieve the team of administrative tasks.
- You will support the team in operational tasks and ensure the high quality and customer satisfaction that characterize our company.
- You maintain and develop cooperation with external service providers and service partners to ensure optimum service quality and fast problem solving for our customers.

- You have extensive experience in the automotive industry, specifically in fleet management, technical customer service and partner management.
- You have experience in optimizing workflows and have already successfully completed your first digitalization projects.
- You live New Leadership and are an inspiring leader who thinks strategically as well as taking operational action to ensure a balance between long-term planning and day-to-day team tasks.
- You have excellent communication skills, both in German and English, and are confident in dealing with external stakeholders to ensure smooth processes and high service quality.
- You use number and fact-based analysis to make informed decisions that drive your team’s success and advance the company’s goals.
