Head of Technical Customer Service & Service Processes – Car Subscription B2B (m/f/d)

As Head of Technical Customer Service & Service Processes (m/f/d), you will play an active role in shaping the future of our customer service. Your focus will be on the strategic development and optimization of our service processes. You will use innovative technologies to reduce the workload, ensure high productivity and strengthen cooperation with external service providers in order to offer our customers the best possible support at all times.

This position is based at our company headquarters in Gyhum/ Bockel and is full-time (40 hours) and permanent. Home office is possible up to 3 days/week.

 

These tasks await you:

  • You lead the “Technology and Service” team and ensure that all team members are motivated and equipped with the right resources
  • You manage the long-term, strategic orientation of your team and are responsible for the continuous optimization of our service processes
  • You develop efficient processes to increase productivity and implement innovative technologies to relieve administrative tasks
  • You support the team in operational tasks and ensure the high quality and customer satisfaction that characterize our company
  • You maintain and develop cooperation with external service providers and service partners for optimum service quality

  • You have experience in optimizing workflows and ideally have already successfully completed your first digitization projects

  • You have excellent communication skills in German and English and are confident in dealing with external stakeholders
  • You use number and fact-based analysis to make informed decisions that drive team success and business goals
