MHC Mobility Strengthens Its Sales Team: Christian Haiduck Takes Over as Head of Sales
As Head of Sales, Christian Haiduck has been responsible for the further development of MHC Mobility’s sales operations in Germany since September 1, 2026—bringing more than 18 years of experience in the automotive and financial services industries.
Bockel, September 2026 – The mobility service provider MHC Mobility Deutschland is continuing to expand its sales organization. Effective September 1, 2026, Christian Haiduck, as Head of Sales, is responsible for the company’s sales development. The goal is to tap into new market potential and further strengthen MHC Mobility’s position in the business customer segment. In his role, Haiduck reports directly to CCO Carsten Kaufmann, who temporarily assumed the role of Head of Sales in April as part of a dual role.
Haiduck brings more than 18 years of experience in the automotive and financial services industries. Over the course of his career, he has gained extensive experience in managing and developing key accounts and retail partners, as well as in implementing sales strategies. His areas of expertise include financing, leasing, and fleet management. Most recently, he worked at Santander Consumer Leasing GmbH; prior to that, his career included stints at Mazda Finance, among other companies.
In his new role, Haiduck is working with his team to further develop the company’s sales strategy—consistently focused on customer needs and changes in the mobility market, particularly in the areas of powertrain technologies and new automotive brands.
“Corporate mobility is becoming more diverse, and this brings both opportunities and new challenges for our sales team,” says Carsten Kaufmann, CCO of MHC Mobility Germany. “With Christian Haiduck, we’re gaining a sales expert who is just as familiar with financing and leasing as he is with the mobility business. We need this combination to provide even more tailored advice to companies in our customer segment, to identify new market opportunities for us in a timely manner, and to convert them into growth.”
The target markets are diverse, ranging from company cars for sole proprietors to large corporate fleets with complex mobility requirements.
“What companies are looking for above all right now is freedom of choice: vehicles that meet their individual needs, with predictable costs, whether used flexibly for a few months or planned for the long term over several years. MHC Mobility has just the right solution for this broad range of needs with its various long-term rental models,” says Haiduck, looking forward to the challenges ahead.
