Selection, availability and special offers for light commercial vehicles up to 3.5 tons
Panel vans, pick-ups, vans, small vans, they all belong to the light commercial vehicles of category N1 up to 3.5 tons total weight, which may be driven with a category B driving license. They can accommodate up to 9 people and/or tools, equipment and goods. We arrange the loading area of our vehicles according to your wishes so that everything can be stowed properly. Registration, documents and approval
We want to make the commercial vehicle subscription as convenient as possible for you. Nevertheless, you must fulfill certain conditions in order to conclude the rental contract:

- Valid driver’s license
- Good credit rating
You cannot get a car subscription for commercial vehicles from us without a credit check, as this is important for the credit check. What documents do we need from you?
- Corporations (GmbH, AG, KG, OHG): Extract from the commercial register or business registration
- Partnerships (sole proprietor, GbR, UG): Business registration and Schufa form (from us) as well as the identity card of the managing director

Maintenance and repairs
Quality is very important to us when it comes to commercial vehicle subscriptions. That’s why we are happy to take care of the regular maintenance and MOT/ MOT of your subscription vehicle. And even if something breaks down, we are there for you quickly and easily. And this is how it works:

- Bring the vehicle to the nearest MHC Mobility Center or one of our partner workshops after consultation with our technical/service department.
- In addition to the nine MHC Mobility Centers, the recognized inspection companies DEKRA, GTÜ, KÜS and TÜV are also available for general inspections.
Minimum terms and termination options
Car subscriptions for commercial vehicles can often be terminated on a monthly basis as soon as the contract term has ended – with MHC Mobility, you can even cancel on a daily basis with daily billing. If you do not cancel, the contract is automatically renewed at the same conditions.
Do you want to cancel your commercial vehicle subscription early? That is also possible. We will charge you a cancellation fee of 100% of the unpaid installments.

Funding opportunities and tax benefits
The current subsidy options and tax benefits are applicable to commercial vehicles on subscription:
- 1% rule for company cars with combustion engines – 1% of the gross list price must be taxed for private journeys in a company car.
- For electric vehicles, only 0.25% of the gross list price is taxable.
- The emissions saved by e-cars can be monetized through the sale of the greenhouse gas reduction quota (GHG quota).
- The vehicle tax for e-cars will be abolished by 2030.
- Regional funding programs subsidize the conversion of the vehicle fleet to climate-friendly electromobility and the installation of charging points.
- Car manufacturers offer subsidies and discounts for the purchase of e-cars.
