Ozan Kocaman’s path at MHC Mobility
“I like solving tricky cases” – A young sales employee on his passion for cars and people
Ozan Kocaman is what you might call a high-flyer. He completed his training as an office management assistant at MHC Mobility in Bockel ahead of schedule and was taken on directly into the sales team. But what drives this young man, who is passionate about cars and has a knack for people?
“I actually wanted to become an automotive mechatronics technician or an automotive salesman,” Ozan recalls. “But then I discovered MHC Mobility and the opportunity to broaden my horizons.” This decision was a good choice.
During his apprenticeship, Ozan worked in various departments, but he was particularly fascinated by purchasing and sales. “I liked the variety of tasks and the direct customer contact in sales,” he explains.
From trainee to problem solver
Ozan is particularly proud of his ability to solve complex cases and communicate across departments. “My training has given me a strong network within the company. I always know who to talk to in order to find solutions,” he says confidently.
But Ozan is not only ambitious at work. In his free time, he spends time with family and friends, keeps fit in the gym and even has a part-time job in a drinks store.
A look into the future
When asked about his dream car, Ozan answers without hesitation: “A Mercedes S63 AMG Coupé.” It seems that the young sales professional not only has clear ideas about his career, but also about his automotive dreams.
