MHC Mobility expands product portfolio again with two up-and-coming electric brands Strategic expansion of e-mobility offering with manufacturers BYD and Polestar

 

Gyhum/ Bockel, 01.08.2023 – MHC Mobility is continuing to expand its product portfolio in the third quarter of 2023. BYD and Polestar are two strategically important additions to the vehicle range for long-term rental. With the addition of these two manufacturers, MHC Mobility is continuing to respond to developments in the market and customer requirements in terms of product diversity, flexibility and the technical progress of electric drives.

 

BYD has been one of the leading companies in battery production for 27 years. In 2003, the high-tech company added another segment to its portfolio and has been producing e-vehicles ever since. With around 3 million e-vehicles produced, BYD is number 1 in e-vehicle sales in China. Since the beginning of the year, 1.1 million vehicles have been sold in Germany. BYD is currently focusing on expanding its sales structure in the end customer business in order to further increase its market share in Germany.

 

Many fleets already rely on the Polestar brand. Decisive factors for this include the long range (654 km) and the fast charging capacity (205 kW DC). BYD and Polestar are two ideal partners to better meet the mobility needs of new and existing customers in the MHC Mobility Auto-Abo-Original in the long term.

 

The NEW additions to the portfolio – BYD ATTO 3 and Polestar 2
The BYD ATTO 3 offers a sporty and aerodynamic design. User-friendly functions and a playful interior give it a unique and unmistakable style. The BYD ATTO 3 is agile and fun to drive and has a range of 420 km WLTP. The ergonomically integrated sports seats are made of sustainable vegan leather and ensure a comfortable driving experience. The BYD ATTO 3 will be available from August 2023 as an original car subscription from MHC Mobility.

 

 

The range, efficiency and performance of the Polestar 2 have been further optimized and the CO2 footprint reduced for the 2024 model year. To increase the vehicle’s range in everyday use, the Polestar 2 is designed for optimum energy efficiency. The high-quality vehicle with premium
quality is characterized by innovative materials and advanced design. The Polestar 2 will be available in the MHC Mobility Auto-Abo-Original at the end of October and can be repaired in the Volvo dealer network.
