MHC Mobility strengthens innovation and transformation: Jan Megow takes on new key role
As Head of Innovation & Transformation, Jan Megow has been responsible for the strategic development of digital services, new business models and future-oriented mobility solutions at MHC Mobility since May 1, 2026.

Bockel, May 2026 – The European mobility service provider MHC Mobility will focus even more strongly on the further development of its digital services and fleet solutions in future. Since May 1, 2026, the experienced digital strategist Jan Megow has assumed responsibility for digital services, innovative business models and the future-oriented alignment of the fleet strategy in the newly created position of Head of Innovation & Transformation.
Megow has many years of experience in the leasing industry and fleet management, including as Head of Projects, Technical Services and Operations. He worked in full-service leasing for many years and helped shape the development of corresponding offers in the fleet sector.
In his new role, Megow identifies relevant market and technology trends, including in the areas of e-mobility, telematics and automated fleet management. He also manages innovation projects along the entire customer journey and works closely with his team in various areas of the company.
“Operational mobility is changing fundamentally. Fleet solutions today must be flexible, digitally connectable and as easy to manage as possible on a day-to-day basis,” says Rainer Thies, CEO of MHC Mobility. “With Jan Megow, we are gaining an experienced mobility and leasing expert who combines market knowledge, operational experience and innovative strength. He will provide important impetus so that we can consistently develop our services further and support companies even better in the transformation of their fleets.”
Another focus of his work is on building partnerships with start-ups and technology providers. The aim is to evaluate new solutions more quickly, integrate them into existing offerings in a targeted manner and create concrete added value for business customers. At the same time, Megow will actively drive forward the company-wide culture of innovation and change.
“Innovation is relevant when it makes our customers’ everyday lives noticeably easier,” says Megow. “My aim is to classify technological developments at an early stage and translate them into concrete solutions – with more transparency, more efficient processes and mobility services that meet the actual requirements of modern fleets.”
