Office, on-board computer and St. Bernard: working at MHC Mobility

At MHC Mobility, the focus is not only on vehicles – but also on the people who move them. And that applies to both customers and employees. Like our colleague Anna Krause, for example: she ensures that vehicles are perfectly prepared for the road – and combines her passion for cars with a real hands-on mentality. But it’s best to hear it for yourself.

Between wrench and desk

Hi, I’m Anna Krause, or just Anna to most of my colleagues – fleet coordinator at MHC Mobility and someone who has always been passionate about cars. You could say that I have turned my hobby into my profession.

I started at MHC Mobility in January 2017 – back then as a trained sign and illuminated sign maker. My first job was labeling and wrapping vehicles. From 2019, I took on tasks in preparation. And I’ve been working in fleet coordination since 2021.

What’s cool about it? I know the processes from the ground up. From the first sticker to handing over the keys.

My job is the perfect mix of office and workshop – 50/50, just the way I like it. I accept new vehicles and returns from customers, check accessories, coordinate the workshop, appraisals, cleaning and special equipment. And of course I know which vehicle is in which parking lot.

I’m also a key user for our vehicle app – I’m the first point of contact if there’s a problem with the technical system on the tablet.

My highlight? Clearly our team

We work closely with the workshop, purchasing and sales departments – and team events such as Christmas parties or team-building activities are always a highlight. We don’t just plan and tinker, we also laugh a lot.

What is important to me? Honesty! For example, if someone bumps into me when parking, I tell them openly. It’s no big deal as long as nobody tries to make a scratch “invisible”.

Work & leisure – balance is a must

When I have time off, you’ll usually find me out in the fresh air on a walk by the lake with my two giant St. Bernards and my husband. Or a round of sport at home – exercise is always a good idea.

And yes, I have a dream car. An Audi RS7. After all, a little fun is a must. And if you’re wondering what’s playing in the background when I quickly move a car: Bremen Next, of course.

Conclusion

I love being in the middle of the action – between cars, teams, technology and customers. And I appreciate that MHC Mobility offers opportunities for further development. Nobody stands still here. That’s exactly what I like.
