The quality of our work is particularly important to us. At MHC Mobility, more than 290 experts in the commercial, automotive and IT fields are currently working on perfect mobility solutions for our customers. An exciting professional environment in which a lot is currently changing. As a future-oriented company, we are also assuming social responsibility by investing in the specialists of tomorrow.

On August 1, four new trainees will start at MHC Mobility, bringing the total number of trainees at our various locations to 19.

At our head office in Bockel, Aleksandra, Annalena-Marie and Jennifer are currently starting their training as office management assistants, while Dardan is starting out in the technical field as a vehicle mechatronics technician.

Variety is the focus for us. It is important to us that our trainees are as broadly positioned as possible and are therefore prepared for a wide range of areas of work. During their apprenticeship, all of our trainees spend time in many central areas of the company – from marketing, sales, logistics and purchasing to technology and claims management. This gives them a comprehensive understanding of our company and at the same time an insight into the working world of tomorrow: practical, networked throughout the company and responsible.

A look at our employees shows that our training has a lasting effect: Numerous colleagues started their careers with us as apprentices and have remained loyal to the company to this day. For us, this is a clear sign of perspective and cohesion. And this consistency also pays off for our customers – for example in the high quality of advice and service provided by our employees.
