A car subscription is a flexible mobility solution for companies where you don’t have to buy or lease a vehicle in the traditional way. You pay a fixed monthly rate and receive your vehicle including maintenance, tire changes, insurance and taxes. The only variable is refueling or charging.

With the MHC Mobility car subscription, you can choose the vehicle class and equipment to suit your needs: from small car and vans to electric vehicle through to light commercial vehicles. At the same time, you leave the administration, service and fleet handling to us.

With the MHC Mobility car subscription, almost all ongoing vehicle costs are included in a monthly all-inclusive rate – apart from refueling or charging. In detail, this includes insurance (third-party liability and fully/partially comprehensive insurance), all taxes (vehicle tax, etc.), maintenance and wear and tear repairs, seasonal or on-demand tire changes including storage if necessary, a replacement vehicle in the event of damage or repair, 24-hour emergency service and mobility guarantee as well as the complete handling of registration, return or fleet service.

With the models “SelectRent” and “FlexiRent” models, additional optional extras, decals, interior or tool conversions and custom configurations can be selected.

The MHC Mobility car subscription is primarily aimed at commercial users such as craft businesses, service providers, construction– and logistics companies, self-employed or care services.

The subscription model is particularly suitable in the following scenarios: when mobility requirements vary at short notice or on a project-specific basis; when a company does not want a high capital commitment through vehicle purchase or leasing; when electric or commercial vehicles are required; or when a fleet needs to remain scalable and flexible. MHC Mobility offers a broad brand and model portfolio: from small cars and mid-range sedans to premium models, electric vehicles and light commercial vehicles. The available manufacturers include Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Tesla, BYD, Polestar, Opel, Ford and Hyundai. Commercial vehicles include, for example, panel vans, estate cars, vans or pickup variants with special equipment and also electrically powered.

FlexiRentThis model offers maximum flexibility with a minimum term of one month. It is particularly suitable for short-term needs, changing vehicle requirements or when quick availability is desired. All inclusive services are included and there is no down payment or residual value risk.

SelectRentThis model is designed for configurable vehicles with a minimum term of 24 months. Here, companies can choose equipment, special fittings, stickers or colors. Combined with the all-inclusive flat rate and without residual value risk.

The monthly rate for the car subscription covers all included services and therefore offers cost transparency and planning security. The actual price depends on the vehicle type, brand, term, mileage and optional extras. Individual costs are borne separately, such as fuel or electricity consumption.

With the FlexiRent model, the term begins as early as from one monthAfter reaching the minimum term, the contract can either be extended or terminated on a daily basis.

With the SelectRent model, the minimum term is typically 24 months. After that, the vehicle can continue to be used or returned, i.e. without residual value risk. Use after the minimum term remains flexible so that companies can react to changing mobility requirements, but can also opt for a long-term rental if required. long-term rental is also possible

Yes. MHC Mobility also includes electric vehicles and light commercial vehicles in the car subscription portfolio. Commercial vehicles also benefit from shorter running times and special conversions such as shelving or tool systems, wrapping or special usage solutions. With electric vehicles, users benefit from lower operating costs and sustainability advantages, without any restrictions in the service or mobility offering.

From a commercial point of view, the car subscription can be regarded as an operating expense, as it is a usage service and not a purchase. This eliminates investment costs and residual value risks. A subscription model can also have advantages in terms of accounting, especially for short terms of less than twelve months. The tax deductibility of the car subscription is possible, but it is advisable to have your tax advisor carry out an individual tax assessment, particularly with regard to the vehicle class, degree of use and chosen term.

Your desired vehicle is ordered via MHC Mobility. With the SelectRent model, you can configure your vehicle according to your specifications and we will deliver it ready to drive to your desired location. With the FlexiRent model, you have the option of exchanging the vehicle within the contract term if your mobility needs change.

When you return the vehicle, register it online for collection or bring it to one of our MHC Mobility Centers. We will arrange an appointment to collect or return the vehicle. The vehicle must be in an acceptable condition; excessive damage or a significantly higher mileage than agreed may result in additional costs.
